RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be totally satisfied with your online purhcase so you can "Flavor Your Life" in Bahama Buck's style. However, if there are issues with your purchase, we'd be happy to help fix the problem.

You may return any online purchases by mailing the item(s) to our fulfillment center at the following address:

You may return most new, unworn or unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). DO NOT RETURN ITEMS TO A SHOP.

To return or exchange online purchases, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund, exchange, or store credit once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping Costs
Bahama Buck's eStore offers FREE Standard shipping on orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 are charged a $8.95 flat rate for standard shipping.


Shipping Options

Currently, bahamabucks.com ships to all 50 U.S. states, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories and possessions, including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Navassa Island, Baker Island, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Midway Atoll, and the Northern Mariana Islands. We ship using FedEx, USPS Priority Mail, 2nd Day and Overnight delivery within the continental United States.

Orders will be processed and shipped pending credit card authorization. When you place an order, we will pre-authorize your credit card to ensure the funds are available. If you are using MasterCard or Visa, the pre-authorization may appear as if you have been charged. With some institutions' cards, the funds become unavailable, but the account is not debited until the order ships. If the order is canceled for any reason, the time it takes for the hold to release depends on the issuer of the card.

All deliveries are pending credit approval, merchandise availability, delivery and weather conditions.

STANDARD SHIPPING (3-7 BUSINESS DAYS)

  • Your order should arrive within 3 to 7 business days after it ships. If you qualify for a free shipping offer, expect your order within 3 to 7 business days after it ships. Standard delivery must also be used for orders shipped to U.S. territories, Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses.
  • Bahama Buck's Gift Checks will always be sent using Standard delivery. Shipping for Gift Cards is always free. Regular shipping charges apply when gift card orders also include other Bahama Buck's items, but the value of an Bahama Buck's Gift Check does not affect shipping charges.

2ND DAY SHIPPING (2 BUSINESS DAYS)

  • 2nd Day delivery orders can only be shipped to street addresses in the continental United States.
  • Orders placed by 1 p.m. CST Monday through Wednesday will ship that day and will arrive two business days later.
  • Orders placed by 1 p.m. CST Thursday will ship that day and will arrive Monday.
  • Orders placed by 1 p.m. CST Friday will ship that day and will arrive Tuesday.
  • Order placed after 1 p.m. CST Friday through the weekend will arrive Wednesday

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING (1 BUSINESS DAY)

  • Orders placed by 1 p.m. CST Monday through Thursday will ship that day to arrive the next business day.
  • Orders placed between 1 p.m. CST Thursday and 1 p.m. CST Friday will arrive Monday.
  • Orders placed after 1 p.m. CST Friday through the weekend will arrive Tuesday.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
